  • Every candle is hand-poured to order in our studio, ensuring the freshest possible product. Because of this made-to-order process, orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. We do our best to ship quickly—Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays when a Monday holiday falls in the week.

  • Most orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. While we strive to meet these shipping estimates, actual delivery times depend on the delivery service, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Once the package is scanned, we have no control over its delivery and are not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries.

  • In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

    Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hello@breakwatercandleco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

    Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Our custom wax blend combines 100% natural soy with a touch of beeswax, creating a formula that burns clean and holds up beautifully in any season. The enhanced melt point adds durability for smooth shipping—even through the desert heat of our Arizona home base.

  • We exclusively use 100% cotton wicks in all of our candles. Our tins and 16-ounce jars are double-wicked for a fuller, more even burn, while our 8-ounce jars feature a single wick for a perfect balance of fragrance and flame.

     FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BREAKWATER CANDLE CO. FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT.
